Cpu and memory issues?

I put together a PC and as soon as I go to boot it up, no signal on the monitor. All fans and RGB was working.So my motherboard is a MPG Z390 gaming edge AC. And the debug lights show that there are issues with both the CPU and Dram. But it's flashing long on the dram and shorter on the Cpu. I did take a look at the Cpu socket and it does have a few bent pins but I don't think that is the only issue because why would it error on both if it was bent pins only?Basically I'm looking for what exactly should be my next course of action. And could this be caused by a short somewhere?

because the pins could be part of the connections to the memory?

Yeah but the motherboard has lights detecting when ram is in certain slots, and it Does light up the right slot and the CPU socket pins, I would think would be classified as a CPU issue only
