Looking for Uni-Laptop

Hey,

I'm looking for a Laptop for Uni.

I'm from Austria.
Budget is ~700€. 
It should be able to run simple typing software and some Youtube, Netflix at max.
Touchscreen preferred for convenience purposes.
Battery life should be atleast 6h - 8h.

Screen shouldn't be smaller than ~12 inch.

 

 

Sadly upping the Budget is no option so is there a viable choice out there or do i need to sacrifice some specs?

For weight and thickness it doesn't have to be super light and thin, it should be ok to carry around in a bag with maybe a notepad in it.

An average screen should be enough.
