Cheap Streaming pc

Hi I recently got a capture card and I want to have a separate streaming pc so I can everything, like my Xbox, switches, and pc. would be possible to make a cheap streaming pc with an old lga 1155 Xeon or an i3 2120. i would like to stream at 1080p 60FPS, if this does not work, please give me some suggestions.
