I was wondering if anyone can come up with a good amd apu setup for me (Gaming, I don't know what I could play with a $600 budget)

NuroKnight is right. if you really wanted to take it to 600 take out the cpu cooler, get a 4gb ram and upgrade those things later, games will still run fine.
