Monitor and peripherals turn off but computer stays on

EWS2005

hello I have been having an issue lately in which my pc randomly shuts off when using it well monitors stop receiving input and peripherals turn off put the pc itself stays on all my fans and rgb lights stay on but my corsair RGB fans change effects to default effects this started happening after I changed the cpu cooler from a stock AMD Wraith spire I think (Stock r7 2700x cooler) to a be quiet! dark rock pro 4 and changed my ssd from a 120gb sandisk ssd plus to a 250gb samsung 970evo at first I thought it was samsung´s migration software so I uninstalled everything from samsung including the nvme drivers but the issue continued then I thought it was a power issue but I checked and my PSU is more than enough to power my pc after that I thought the migration broke some windows files I checked if my system files were ok some weren´t I´m not sure wether it was the migration or not but I tried to fix them and it missed a few (I used sfc /scannow and another command I cant remember) and it said it missed a few then I updated to windows 1903 and ran the commands again and it fixed all my files which worked for a while and then the issue returned I´m not sure how important it is to mention but most of the crashes happened while I was playing cities:Skylines

all help is appreciated

Thanks in advance

Punctuation makes a world of difference when asking others to help.  It seems, I think, that you've done some troubleshooting yourself.  However, don't just assume a PSU isn't the problem because it's rated high enough for your needs.  It still could be bad.  Can you play others games without crashing?

You may want to consider a stress test, like a benchmark, to push the system and see if you can make it crash.  If so, then I'd start to blame the PSU or overheating.  Have you monitored your temps?

first of all sorry for my lack of punctuation second I can play other games I could actually play cities skylines for a while after I moved it from my ssd to my hdd but problems have ressumed and I doubt overheating is to blame because my max cpu temp is around 45-50 degrees celsius and I have the acrilic of my case because the cpu cooler doesn´t fit in my case by a few millimeters and an air conditioner is aimed straight at it so I doubt my GPU is overheating but I will try a stress test and report back here

Thanks for your advice

Updates all drivers. Check your event viewer for driver and application failures. Error logs will show you the way, young gamer.

I´ll check could you just tell me how to view my event viewer and/or error logs

Right-click on the Windows icon, choose Computer Management.  Then, under Event Viewer, find Windows Logs.  I'd check the System first, and then maybe Application.  You can filter by critical errors, if you want.  Those will often give clues as to what's going on with a system.

My comment regarding punctuation was meant to help us help you.  You will get more responses and better quality responses if we are able to clearly read about your issue.
