PS4 Pro AIO, How can I power it

I am planning to do an exploded PC wall piece- but i see my PS4 Pro just sitting there turning into a jet engine, no matter how clean it is. So, I want to mount it up with my PC, but cheapen the costs with an AIO (Not much difference from normal loop beside cheap and prebuilt). Anyways, once I mount an AIO (probably 240mm, only a couple bucks extra for extra assurance of quicker equilibrium), how can I power it in a way that I do not need my computer powered 24//7 as the power source. I do not want to hand solder any adapters, as I do not want to break anything or cause any fires.

Considering you don't want to mod anything, the AIO's I've worked with use SATA for power, and it's likely that it uses it for the 12V rail, the most roundabout way I can think of is get a 3.5" SATA hard drive external enclosure or some simple adapter and hope that turning on the thing supplies power unconditionally.

There are 12V power bricks that plug straight into the wall and have a Molex on the other end. You can use that to connect to a Molex to 3-pin/4-pin splitter and it should be enough to power it. You can't control the fan speed with what I linked, though I'm sure you could find a fan controller fairly easily.
