Computer beeping after installing new ram

Just installed 2 8 GB ram sticks into my PC and my PC will turn on but it beeps when it turns on. Old ram was corsair vengeance 2x 4gb sticks 1600 mhz . New ram is viper patriot 2x 8gb sticks 1600 mhz

3 beeps? 4 beeps?

 

try removing one of the two ram sticks, see if it boots and no beeps

install ram in slot 2 and 4, not in 1 and 3

 

also, did you dedusted abit the pc? a can of compressed air wouldnt harm those ram slots, well, the entire pc
