Tomorrow im building my new PC, i have a new ssd where im gonna do a fresh new install of windows and install steam, etc, but i will also take my current HDD with my steam/origin library and a few applications, when i install it on the new PC i will be able to use it normally and all of this will be there? And also, will applications work normally, for example, origin its installed in it, will it open on the new PC?

Your game libraries should work fine, but the programs will be iffy. They might work, they might not. If they do work, I don't think they'll be listed in your programs in the control center.

this is what i do, i install steam, then add the old library folder on the old hard disk to the steam list of folders with games, steam checks what is in there, the ownership of each game and thats it, you might need a small quick game reinstall that is done by steam the first time you run the game on the nee pc

i do the same with epic, origin, ubisoft, so download each store installer and then adjust each store to search for your old folder containing each library with games in it

the important part is be sure that the library was first set on that hard disk you will migrate is complete, not some games in one hard disk and others in another, the ones not present will have to be downloaded again

Games and most apps will run just fine without going through the install process. Though for Steam/Origin/etc. you should point them to the game library folder. If all goes well, they'll figure out there's a game there. Otherwise you can "install" the game anyway and if the install location lines up with what the app is expecting, it'll scan the directory to see if all the files are there and if there's nothing else to do, mark the game as installed.

For most applications, you can just run it as-is. You won't have any shortcuts on the Start Menu though but those are easy enough to add.
