Not to mention that it says errors and my pc freezes at 2666 mhz... while it ran at 3200mhz before without any problems when it was 2x4gb

If the option is available: RMA/return it, it's probably just a defective stick. You can also try taking out the original RAM and just using the new sticks, if it still happens than yeah, just RMA it

I just put my ram on the same freq as i ran before on my old ram sticks; but on when i put new ones 2x4gb and put same freq and latency as before it said this as soon it booted in windows
