Hey Gamers,

I am planning on building with the new ryzen 3 gen. There is nothing wrong with my current system and in fact its perfectly capable, so I wanted to slowly build it.

I am planning on buying CPU and Motherboard first as its all unique. I will then probably follow it up with a new cooler as I lost the AM4 bracket for my current one. I will then probably go for the case as I already have 3000mhz ram that I will upgrade after the GPU. I have perfectly fine storage and the intel ssd is just a touch on top.

idk tbh

I know that this seems petty and sorry if I am putting your build down in any way, but I wanted to make it look as good as possible. Dont get me wrong, this build will look fine but its just that I wanted to go with the same aesthetic for most PC-O11 builds.

About the Cooler, I wanted to use a NZXT one bc they look epic af and will fit nicely in the PC-O11.

About the RAM, I have 16GB of that same ram, overclocked to 3400ish, I will put that in and purchase that RAM later most likley keeping the 2x8GB sticks I have making it a total of 48GB.

About the GPU, I am not sure what the differences are between a 2070 super and a 2080, I basically only play overwatch and I need atleast 240fps on medium low settings while streaming, if it is noticeable, I would rather pay the extra $70ish for a 2080.

About the PSU, The current PSU I have is fine and I would rather not get another one.

I have lowered the price quite substantially in the build below, I will most likley buy more faster ram, when I have bought and built the rest, I would prefer to finish building the build with the new parts before buying faster RAM when it won't make (as far as I know) a large difference. I will be sure to buy faster RAM in the future. I was told that ASrock; while having a shitty name for mobo's , made seriously good AM4 boards (correct me if I'm wrong). I have had nothing but good experiences with Corsair and especially their AIO's.

Nzxt cam software has issues with the zen 2 platform. They don't work well together.

Asus prime x570 p uses way better vrms as compared to gigabyte x570 gaming x.

The difference between a 2080 and 2070 super is not much. 2070 super is a stripped down 2080. But if you still wanna go with a 2080, I'll recommend you to go with a 2080 super.

Taking in to account what you have said, I swapped over to the Corsair H150i Pro as its cheaper, and will match with my RAM, also there are no issues with Zen 2 as far as I am aware.

I am not a huge fan of the chipset fan on the X570 and it is even more noticeable on the Asus board. From a post I put out a week or so ago, I got pointed to ASRock but correct me if I am wrong making this decision.

From what you said I upgraded to the 2080 Super.

I am not a huge fan of air cooled systems (get it) and I have always wanted to build in the PC-O11 which doesnt really fit well with an air cooler.

idk tbh

Idk, it looks really clean and nice, and I am wanting to fully custom watercool it later on. I am ideally wanting to stick to corsair to use the old fans (6x LL120'), Corsair Commander Pro, and the light strips together.

idk tbh

Like I said to someone else about using Cooler master, I wanted to stick along with corsair as I already have 6x LL120 fans which look sick af in the PC-O11. For the Mobo, I wanted to know what the key difference is (aside from the rgb and shroud) between the steel legend, and the phantom gaming.

idk tbh
