Mouse sometimes doubleclicks?

Sometimes when clicking on things, opening folders and stuff randomly i double click like i just click ones on my mouse and it makes it double click is this some bug?

I had a similar issue with the Corsair Glaive, seemed like it was a common issue with that specific mouse but I don't know what model you're using. Its possibly the switches they used, but I ended up having to replace mine.

Had the same problem a couple of years ago with a Razer Deathadder Chroma.

Erosion of the gold plating on the switch contacts leads to corrosion, which causes this.

A lot of the Omron D2FC switches have double-clicking issues, especially the D2FC-F-7N 50m variant. Too bad most mice on the market use this type of switch.
