Fan Noise Help

Hey Guys,

I just bought myself a used HP Z-Book G2 for school, but after starting it for the first time I noticed

the fans are extremly loud and turbo up the whole time for no reason.

Is there anything how I can improve the noise cause I cant use it in class this way it would be to noisy.
