PC freezing at windows logo while installing windows

Hey guys,

Few days ago my mobo won't turn on so go it replaced. Now, when i am trying to install windows, it gets stuck at windows logo and keeps on restarting at the same point like a loop. What could be the problem ? Please help me guys.

Methods i tried:
1- Tried different flash drives
2- Different Windows

My PC specs :
AMD Ryzen 1200
Asus B350m- A
Gtx 1050ti
Adata 8gb ram
