Nothing indicates I can't ask it here.

I'm looking for a video recording/photography cellphone.

I have an issue however. Whenever I look up "photos made with X", 1 out of 15 cases I get actual photos, the other times it's a SEO trick or a photo of the phone itself.

I hope for at least 1080p 60 FPS, with solid photos.

It also needs to be manageable in low-light environment.

I could Google it, but majority of information is missing and I think they oversensationalize a bit, I hope someone here has already some experiences or good recommendations and hopefully some good samples of photos.

I'm willing to spend some 200 euro to 400 euro. I'd prefer first hand experience.

If you can list out your preferences of what you would like to have in the phone

Purely camera intended smartphone.

It needs to record decent audio.

At least 60 FPS, 1080p, it's important that it needs to be true 60 FPS, Xiaomi Redmi 7 Pro you mentioned records very weird and wonky 60 FPS. I had it in my hands, it was not a solid 60 FPS.

Hopefully one that can handle darkness well.

High-quality photos, really nothing else.

Everything else is totally optional, like good screen, good speakers. It's good that it has those, but I'm really just interested in basic stuff, like calling, basic apps like Wikipedia or my local metro as well as making stunning fotos for the future.

The Mi 9T is a fantastic all round device

If its too expensive, the Reno Z is very well specced out too

Might want to be weary about some suggestions about a 400+ Euro device with last gen design, only 4GB of RAM, and only 64GB of storage that cannot be expanded. And only having a 3000mAh battery despite being over 8mm thick. It pays to know the specifics of what you are getting.

I've been using product comparer on my site and I looked up Motorola Vision One. Does that seem like anything good? They're just retailer and cannot have any conflict of interest, but they do say Motorola's camera is better. Even though specs are nearly same, if not worse.

Edit: Yet another popped up, Xiaomi Mi 8.

The One Vision's camera has OIS, which is usually only found on expensive flagship devices. It does improve camera performance to excellent levels for low light shots and image stabilization. However the overall image quality is greatly hampered by the lackluster chipset. The 48MP quad bayer sensor will not allow 48MP shots even in manual mode. Having only 4GB of RAM max is also lackluster for its price segment. If its significantly cheaper that the other phones I listed, and you want to save money, then yes the One Vision would be a good buy.

The one you listed is 350, Motorola is 300. Worth it?

That would depend on the spec differences between it and the "350 phone", and how big of a difference 50 Euro makes to you.

If it's 1% of the performance, then I wouldn't get the Mi 9T, but if it's 500%, then I would. It matters to me whether the difference in price is worth it. 50 euro relative to 300 is quite a lot, so its a lot to me, but if it's worth it, it's worth it. Since you know more about it than I do, I'm just speculating.\

I was wondering what One Vision's definition of "quad pixel" in settings actually meant. I see now.
