I think my old laptop is too old I don't think it can keep up with today..

But I keep trying to think of ways to make it modern..

But the fact is it's impossible in a few years time it will be obsolete unless I want to spend lots and lots of money to build a one-off machine to the same specifications that I admire about this one

when laptop is old and not up to par you get another...

if you build a system, get components that will perform and last you for what you do for the next few years where only thing you would need to upgrade in the future is a video card

I know it just sucks
