New headphones

Hey guys I just got my new and first set of studio headphones, My set is the Audio technica ATH-M35's and I am going to be using them for games and general music listening. Well since I am new to the game i'm not exactly sure how to properly burn in them, I can only take from stuff I have heard around teh internet. I have heard that it is good to burn in about 24-48 hours, but the problem is what kind of audio should I use? I have seen people saying that I need to do 4-6 hours each of different types of noise (ex. white, pink, blue....). So what would you guys suggest.
