Hi. This is just a thought that I have, but how about an AI system to help people with troubleshooting their PC's. The AI could be based around accepted answers and be gathered up in a huge list. When a person starts a thread about trouble shooting, the AI will scan for similar hardware, and will automatically post a possible solution. This is an example folder : 

All of the answers were excepted by a user, and have extra things added to them, when ever someone else has a similar problem with a different solution. The txt file can them have meatdata including, motherboard, cpu, display, key words regarding problem and can scan for a file. It can then automatically post a reply, possibly making trouble shooting more efficient, due to the fact that only accepted answeres are being posted.

Or they could just use search, and if they can't find anything withing 1h then post. Like what people used to do before smartphone era.
