Asus GT-AC5300 DMZ Settings not working

Hello all!

On my Asus GT-AC5300, I am trying to add a system to the DMZ so that it is no longer blocked by the router (the modem isn't blocking the software I need to use), but when I add the IP, it doesn't change a thing. I've also already tried resetting the router and setting it back up to no avail... Any recommendations?

EDIT: I am clicking "Apply" after adding the IP. Also note that I am using the IP found in the connected device list.
