So my cpu fans do have a fan curve and I am able to control them via the fan controller. However, they rarely ramp up to max rpm and are unable to slow down via the controller. It was solvable by simply reseting the pc but now it just goes back as soon as the pc boots. CPU is overclocked but temperatures which rarely go above high 50s(games etc.)  should't be a problem.

what kind of software are you using to control them?

if it's a fan hub, does it ramp to max rpm when it doesnt detect PWM signal? (like in most NZXT cases with included fan hub)

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately
