Can't find solution help me

Check my se I am not be able to get information about my ram stick in task manager even after installing fresh windows 10 my ram are Corsair vengeance 3000 mhz ram earlier it was showing evern after over clocking it to 3200 . If remembered correctly pbo software gave me blue screen after 2 3 fresh window install pbo still gave me blue screen so gave one that software after in not my ram speed are showing up by the way I have 2 3000 Corsair vengeance sticks.Help me guys.
