I already have the case, power supply, OS, mouse keyboard, and storage.

What I picked out, but would like second options on: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hdrVsZ

Thanks in Advance

For very similar performance, you could pickup a Ryzen 3700x instead and save a couple hundred bucks. You could also get a 3900x for the same price and get better performance in multithreaded apps. Gaming performance is off by literally 2 or 3 fps on most games, well within the margin of error

Don't get a 9900K especially if just gaming. An 8700K or 9700K would do fine for less money. In any case that board is rubbish for a 9900K especially as you mention overclocking. A Gigabyte Z390 Aorus board is what you should be looking at for that.

Or if you don't mind losing a few fps depending on the game then a 3700X would be a cheaper option, or even a 6 core 3600/X.

@lee32uk I honestly prob don't, there sometimes I max out my 16GB so I figured I would go to 32. I do already have 2x8GB 2400MHz DDR so I could lessen it to just getting a extra 16GB Kit. but honestly if the difference is only 100 from Intel 9900k and 3700X I don't mind spending that if intel is overall gonna give me better frames, I only wanna game and stream.

At 1080p 144Hz Intel does have the edge, but as I mentioned you want to get a better board.

The Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro wifi is what I would suggest.
