Need Help Overclocking (Changing voltage)

Hey , this might be a dumb question , but how do I change the voltage when overclocking a graphics card ,

as far as I can see afterburner only allows you to change  core voltage (%) and dragging the slider up doesnt change much.

How do I change the  actual voltage (ie. 1.2mv to 1.3) and in what intervals should I change it when I find out how
