G.Skill RipjawsV for ZEN 2?

Hey guys, still searching for value ram for next week zen 2 build. From research and from answers from previous topics. Sweet spot for zen 2 is 3600mhz CL16 or 3200MHZ CL14, but both are expensive if we consider Trident Z memory. But what about G.SKILL RipjawsV ?? Found 4x8gb 3000mhz CL14 kit for 227eur and same ram but 2x16GB 3200mhz CL15 memory for same price. Is it possible to overclock first ram kit from 3000mhz to 3200 without increasing timings ? or if we take another kit, could i possibly lower timings from CL15 to CL14 ? Or even better increase it to 3400mhz or 3600mhz ? Don't know how well or bad RipjawsV overclocks...
