I just rebooted the router and it's still the same. 

there's antena on the roof connected via cable to the router and two lan ports goes two each pc

yeah just from gaming pc and not from the streaming pc. gotta check the firewall settings now.

turned off all the firewall settings I could and the problem still persists. now I just wonder that if my brand new MB is fucked up or I Just gotta buy the switch...

yeah they both access the internet well and get the highest send and receive my ISP can muster! this is really annoying...
