Best memory r 5 2600x

which memory is best suited for the ryzen 5 2600x on the msi b450 gaming pro carbon ac?

you can find the list of compatible memory for the motherboard by clicking this link: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B450-GAMING-PRO-CARBON-AC#support-mem-14
And then selecting "Memory by RX-2X00" I don't know which one i should pick. from the listed memory sticks. I'm looking for 2 x 8gb kit set.

pure gaming only.

you have a budget or you simply want the best?

the best value is probably any 2x8 CL16 ddr4 3200mhz kit

to me, memory with samsung b-die modules would be the best, but it costs a little more. they will be more overclockable and run tighter timings. Ryzen loves tight timings

Ryzen 3700x w/ Arctic Cooling 34 eSports DUO || MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC || GSkill DDR4 3200 CL14 @ 3600 16-16-16 || EVGA 2070 XC Gaming || WD Black 1T NVME, WD Black 2T 7200 rpm || EVGA SuperNova 750 G1+

i dont have a budget, i just dont really know which one is best and compatible. cause there are ones that look amazing but arent showing on the compatibility list.

that one is on the mattise ridge compatibility, aka for ryzen 3000 series compatibility but not 2000 series (like the 2600x/2700x)

i have 2 brand new ryzen systems a 3600x and 3700x, both on MSI B450 pro carbon ac boards....and the memory that I'm using is this one:

https://www.newegg.ca/g-skill-16gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820232229?Description=gskill 3200&cm_re=gskill_3200-_-20-232-229-_-Product

They are on the comptibility list. They are samsung b-die's. I have them running out of the box @3600 16-16-16 1.35v and its solid as a rock

Ryzen 3700x w/ Arctic Cooling 34 eSports DUO || MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC || GSkill DDR4 3200 CL14 @ 3600 16-16-16 || EVGA 2070 XC Gaming || WD Black 1T NVME, WD Black 2T 7200 rpm || EVGA SuperNova 750 G1+

The ram i posted above is on the compatibiility list for  "Memory by RX-2X00"

it is also the ram I use. I'm just telling you how awesome the ram is. you can't beat samsung b-die modules. They are the best out there
