(OUTLOOK VBA) how to select the email that invoked a rule?

Hey guys, when an email comes in that invokes a rule that starts up a VBA script, is there any way to select that email?

 

The reason I want to do this is because I want to be able to write the body of the email to a text file. I have all of the other parts completed, but cant figure out a way to have it automatically select the correct email.
