Which would be better?

RTX 2060:

GTX 1660 Ti:

https://www.ebuyer.com/877979-evga-geforce-gtx-1660-ti-xc-black-gaming-6g-graphics-card-06g-p4-1261-kr

MSI RX Vega 56:

Gigabyte RX Vega 580:

https://www.ebuyer.com/823274-gigabyte-radeon-rx-vega-56-gaming-oc-graphics-card-gv-rxvega56gaming-oc-8gd

I am unsure of which to buy, as I was previously only looking at the 2060 and didn't remember the Vega 56.

1660Ti VS Vega 56 : +21% on Vega

https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1660-Ti-vs-AMD-RX-Vega-56/4037vs3938

2060 VS Vega 56 : +4% on Vega

https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-2060-6GB-vs-AMD-RX-Vega-56/4034vs3938

Also I attached 2 Vega 56's because I don't know which is better or the diference after looking at their specs also, I don't know if I should spend the extra (if the gigabyte is better/worth it) for the gigabyte gpu because it has dual fans.

I am upgrading my PC;

Upgrading TO parts:

Orange = Parts I am changing from my current pc

  • CPU: Ryzen 5 2600
  • M/B: MSI B450 Gaming Plus
  • GPU: Which ever is recommended
  • RAM: 16GB Crucial
  • PSU: 650W/700W
  • HDD1: Seagate Barracuda Green (I think its green) 1TB
  • HDD2: Seagate Black 1TB

Could anyone help me with this?

Many Thanks

drivers are decent enough, but tje stupid blower style fan, really, amd, please let it go, move to normal fans! nvidia could, you can too!

But the vega 56 VS RX 580 = +61% Vega:

https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/AMD-RX-580-vs-AMD-RX-Vega-56/3923vs3938

and the 2600x will be bottlenecked by the RX 580:

https://pc-builds.com/calculator/Ryzen_5_2600X/Radeon_RX_580/0Qb0Yg28/24/

What should I do?

Edit: Also the 2600 and m/b  I was looking out was in a bundle but is now out of stock -_- but I have found this:

https://www.ebuyer.com/882582-powercolor-amd-rx-580-graphics-card-with-ryzen-5-2600x-processor-bundle-axrx580-8gbd5-3dhdv2-oc-2600x

which is the same m/b with a 2600X AND RX 580. Would this be worth it?

I know the motherboard is good as well as the CPU (not much difference from the 2600) but is it worth it, to get THIS gpu rather than this:

SAME M/B bundled with 2600X:

https://www.ebuyer.com/882579-msi-b450-gaming-plus-motherboard-with-ryzen-5-2600x-processor-bundle-b450-gaming-plus-2600x

and an Vega 56 seperate:
