Which header for pump

So I have been thinking of upgrading to an AIO after making some money but I need to check compatibility with my other components. So assuming the AIO I get has two fans with a splitter to use one header and one cable for the pump, which headers should I use? My motherboard has two system fan headers and one cpu fan header. I plan to use the two fans with one of the system fan headers and the pump with the cpu fan header. Is this setup going to work properly or do I have to setup my fans and pump a different way. Thanks for any insight.

This will even work with one Fan header and a normal power connector form the PSU... BUUUUT you have to give me a specific unit you want to buy in order for me to check it for you
