Pc boots and shows on monitor, but then black screens.

Go to solution Solved by Metallus97,

Here is a pretty solid tutorial on how to do it:

This 1000% Unistalls the display driver. You then can do a clean install

I recently started noticing some stutter when I was on my pc, I just ignored it thinking it had to do with software. Then, my games started crashing if I left them alone to go eat or something. Now, the pc boots up, but when I log in, it says “no signal” and black screens. I tried unplugging my cables and plugging them back in and that didn’t work. Please help!

right, seems like a GPUs driver issue. Have you already DDUed it? Or the 1060 is damaged

But try DDU

What is the igpu

Your CPU has a build in GPU  (iGPU = internalGPU) (enough for office and multimedia stuf) Therefore you mono should also have a HDMI or something.

Take out the Graphicscard and boot with the monitor connected to the Motherboard

No problem, that's the purpose of this forum ;)

To get to the bios you will have to press the (I think) del key rapidly directly after pressing the power button. but it should also tell you wich one when you boot

Newest is 1502

When its not update it first.

Then again try to do DDU

But everything without the GPU installed and the monitor connected to the MOBO
