Try that, or update to 1809 at least if you want to use RTX.

I just updated and it seems working without a problem so if anyone gets this problem like me just UPDATE your windows.

Did u have any drivers for video installed previously?  If so use DDU to uninstall these and restart PC.

Are u attempting to install latest driver from NVidia?

Have you tried downloading the driver direct from MSI website for your card?

Interesting.Standalone driver in windows 10 usually doesn't work.Graphic driver not compatible with this version of windows is a common error.

It seems windows inst detecting card properly. As it shows 0mb of dedicated memory.Try to remove it in device manager, then switch pc off and re-seat the card.

Check windows device manager if the card is detected this time.Resolution changed because windows didn't install drivers yet.

Nope it didn't detect the card. If we just can find the problem it would be easy to solve it. Could my video card be DOA?

@Xquasare Yeah go figure.Well,it is most likely cpu not making proper contact with sockets pins. Therefore pci express cant figure out the GPU.It does happens sometimes with new intel builds. You will need to re-seat CPU.

Well at his point i can only advise you to try card in different pc to find out,if the card is the problem. If not mobo has some bend pins probably.

What Window 10 version is that? Open RUN and type Winver if you don't know how to check.

For a brand new card to work properly i would think you need to be on the most current version of windows (1903) I may be wrong,

Im not a software expert by any stretch but i had a friend just a couple of weeks ago had same issue. Once he installed 1903 it worked perfectly. If i were you i would try that.
