Need a little help

Hello. I’m struggling to see weather the GeForce GTX 1070 Ti 8 GB Mini or the EVGA Nividia GeForce 1060 6 GB would work with my asus rog strix B-450 I. I’m using this for VR and the small side of the motherboard and the card is required for a small “go anywhere” pc. The case I’m using is a SilverStone Technology Mini-ITX

Remember I’m trying to build it towards the recommend specs of the oculus rift. That’s why I’m a little confused with this situation but in your opinion what card would work best?

You dont necessarily need a overpowered graphics card for vr, It'll be better yes but i dont think buying a 1080ti (especially at todays prices) is a good value for vr.
