Best All-in-One for Design Pros??

Any idea what the best option is for design pros who need to annotate architectural drawings but also write a lot? 

 

I saw the LTT review of both the Microsoft Surface Studio 1 and 2 and am considering getting one. The cost and fact that you can't upgrade is a killer though. 

 

I wish LTT would do a review of the Lenovo Yoga a940. It's cheaper and you can upgrade it. 

 

Are there any other options out there??
