MSI Ventus, Gigabyte Gaming OC is decent for the price

 

If you don't mind spending 50 euro more the Gigabyte 1660Ti Gaming OC is a good choice too

I suggest ASUS, Gigabyte, EVGA, MSI.

If you don't mind spending 50 euro more the Gigabyte 1660Ti Gaming OC is a good choice too

Yeah the 3 fanned one, should perform similarly to the MSI Ventus, though I heard bad things about the MSI's coil whine

Each of them have their fair share of bad GPU models, don't recommend specific brands, but specific models instead. You can refer to the GPU Cooling tier list for an idea of how well a particular model cools, and if there are serious problems(coil whine etc)
