Post code 63/CPU DXE initialized

Hi everyone!

New here and need of some help

I am running a 3900x with and x470(just upgraded from an 1800x) Aorus gaming WiFi 7, Bios F40, I keep on getting post code 63. Don’t know how to get past it to get in the bios and when I try To power down the power button just flashes and won’t power the system down. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Updated and was able to get into the the BIOS but now when trying to boot in windows it gives me a debugdcode ndis driver blue screen crash.
