Hello, about 2 weeks ago I have purchased headset Cloud Alpha and connected it to the integrated sound card on the motherboard of my PC (MSI Z370 A-PRO), all properly connected pink to pink / green to green. The problem I have is that I'm not able to hear myself when I'm talking, other people can hear me but what I'm saying is not heard on my headset.

If I mark "Listen to the device" I can hear myself but with a delay.

Any idea how to resolve it?

Thanks.

why would you want to hear urself talking thats mindnumblingly annoying

I have another headphones (Jabra for office), they are on USB and I can hear my voice without delay and feels natural to have it.

From what I know I should hear myself while talking during gaming, also it's a common practice in radio to hear yourself when talking.

Otherwise when you don't hear yourself you shout loud and your voice is not natural as you can't hear yourself with those headphones.

My wireless headset works properly as well. It's about 1x jack mic and 1x jack audio to be configured properly. I appreciate that you are trying to help but it looks like you are not understanding my problem. This question is for people that have their headsets connected via audio + mic cable to the soundcard.

Hello, this thread is old, but...

I just received my HyperX Cloud Alpha, I had a Logitech g430 before and never had audio/mic problems. What I liked with the g430 was the mic quality and instant feedback, which had no noise, and was precise enough to only hear my voice when i talked.
I have the same issue as Shivver with the Cloud Alpha... the feedback has an anooying delay, bad quality, etc... I dunno what to do...

So if anyone has an idea to fix this? Would appreciate it, thanks in advance.
