Outlook Auto Forwarding Disabled - How To Do It Anyway?

So I am trying to consolidate my emails, and I want all emails coming into this outlook account to forward to my other account. However, the admin has this feature disabled (I think, because while I can create the rule to do so, it does not work).

 

How can I get around this? Using outlook on a browser.

I don't think we can help you. Going around administrated things counts as hacking. So best thing to do would be to go and talk to IT department (or person in charge). If it's disabled, they've probably done it for security reasons. In which case I would assume you are talking about work mail.
