i recently was having issues with insanely high cpu usage for no reason so i backed up all my drives and i reinstalled windows.. after doing all the updates and drivers i then went to the default "videos, pictures, music, documents, downloads" folders and i changed their locations to the location i want them, which was on my G drive in a folder named media where i have folders for vids, pix, music, etc.. But now for some reason, my pc all by itself moved the folder "media" from my g drive and randomly put it on my F drive, and now the only thing in that folder is the pix folder that is supposed to be on G, but when i go to the locations of the vids, pix, etc, the location still says that it is pointed to G/media where i wanted it.. and the folders still work when i open them.. they dont give me the popup saying that the location doesnt exsist..

wtf is going on?? how do i set it back to how i wanted it? why did it change itself and give me MORE issues on a fresh install? i cant blame it on viruses this time.. now its just windows screwing up... If i lose that media folder i lose AAAALLLL the pictures and videos of my deceased little brothers, my 4 children, 3 of which are out of my life, decades of memories.. why the FUUUUUUKKKKKKKKK is windows changing my directories and moving shit around without my direct input or knowledge oir permission? i am so beyond aggravated right now
