Ryzen 3900x and Asus Prime X370 Pro

I just started using this board with 5950x, and I see throttling to 3.1ghz under heavy loads. I am trying to make it work at 3.4ghz fixed, all core. But it throttles. CPU never goes above 65c. I tried with better VRM cooling but still no luck with that.
