I recently received https://www.amazon.co.uk/Acer-KG271Bbmiipx-Monitor-FreeSync-ZeroFrame/dp/B077NM6L7J/ref=sr_1_1?crid=QFI185VCN423&keywords=27+inch+240hz&qid=1562704163&s=gateway&sprefix=27+inch+2%2Caps%2C114&sr=8-1 and it got damaged in shipping and came with a broken panel and i tried to look up what panel model this monitor has.

 

Someone help pls

if is new and under warranty, yes do that

 

if it has no warranty, sometimes the easiest way to find out what replacement part needs is disasemble and find part number directly on the part, this is complicated and part might be really expensive, if it has warranty or covered by transport insurance, use that first
