Overclocking an AMD E1-2500 On a desktop

First off this is stupid and I dont care if I brick a couple of these machines. RN The cpu gets a 25 on cinebench R15 and is clocked at 1.4ghz and bios overclocking is locked by HP                  Is there any possible way to overclock the cpu?
