Windows clean install without losing key?

Hi,

My Huawei Matebook has been acting weird recently, actually so weird that it's become nearly unusable. I've been using it for a couple years now and I think it could help to reinstall Windows. I'd also need to repartition the hard drives because the main drive has only 80GB out of 250. Is there any way to do it without having to reactivate Windows? How likely am I to run into driver-related issues like the keyboard not lighting up or the fingerprint reader not working (the fingerprint has never been working properly)?

Thanks

It's tied to hardware, so being a laptop everything should remain and your key will be active.

How likely am I to run into driver issues for things like the fingerprint or the detachable keyboard?
