screen going gray then game crash

mxk

Hi guys, I think it's been about a month since I've been on the forum but my friend is having an issue that I don't know much about.

He tries to open rainbow six siege on his thinkpad T430S but then his screen goes gray, then the game crashes. He's not sure if his laptop even meets requirements and his brother thinks something is wrong with the GPU. If I'm not giving enough information I can get more. If anyone can help that's highly appreciated!

I don’t think that the T430S meets system requirements since all the requirements say you need to have 1Gbs of VRam and the T430S uses onboard graphics. So tell your friend to consider upgrading or playing onboard graphics friendly games.

I kinda figured that it was the old i5 and since it doesn't have a dedicated GPU. Thanks for some confirming some really tiny feelings I had about it.
