I'm gonna say no, unless you straight up told the Streamer that you're using an alt-account to circumvent a Twitch Ban (in which case, if you did that, and he still made you a mod? He's the idiot).

 

But assuming he has no idea about your "past", then he will be fine, even if you get caught.

If he did he would be admitting to violating the TOS which would get him banned. But I don't think the streamer has anything to worry about.
