Pc upgrade

hello everyone guys i wanted to upgrade my pc to a ryzen 5 3600, i already have a case psu ram ssd gpu and hdd (evga 550w, samsung 860 evo 500gb, 16 gb 3200mhz, gtx 1050 and toshiba 1tb ), my total budget is 1000 euro and for some of this parts ive spent 280 euro and still have left 720 euro for mobo cpu and gpu, i can go off budget if needed, i need the pc for streaming and playing apex legends mostly on 144fps, for gpu dont know if amd or nvidia, and for mobo i dont have an older cpu to upgrade the bios so i need a mobo that can upgrade the bios without a cpu and without upgrading the drivers before upgrading the bios like for example the asrock b450 that requires drivers update before installing latest bios, thank you.

RTX 2060 super / Navi 5700 xt, B450 Tomahawk and a r5 3600.

thank you and can just download the bios on a usb and install it nothing else required right? and will i be able to get 144 fps on apex legends while streaming?

The Tomahawk should support MSI Bios flash, you can flash the Bios without any cpu or ram.

If you want to do streaming try to get the 3700x.

i think its a bit too expensive for me, cant i close the gap between the CPUs thanks to the GPU, maybe making OBS streaming using the gpu

Yeah, you could just use the gpu streaming, is 2060 super in your price range?

yea im thinking about rtx 2060 super or radeon 5700xt

i can even overclock the cpu cause i have a cooler master hyper 412s new too, if overclock needed

ok finally ive made my mind up, ryzen 3600x and rx5700xt and its even better than 3600x and rtx 2060 super
