When in doubt, RX 570 from eBay. It usually pairs quite well with old Xeons.

Is your CPU overclocked?

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 10 and Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

How many watts do I needATX 3.0 & PCIe 5.0 spec, PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

It's not, if you look on Intel's website it says 3.6 GHz.

Dont mean to be rude but if you look at Intel's site more carefully, it says 3.6 base frequency but 3.8 turbo. I am just saying because someone called me out for the exact same mistake for the exact same GPU bottleneck reason. It can make a difference in the GPU the OP is seeking to pair.

Yes, a 1060 6GB GPU will balance well with that CPU. The RX 570, fasauceome recommended will work fine but the RX580 will probably give your more bang for the buck.
