OBS Problem

I have problems with my stream when OBS running my gpu drops to zero but only for OBS and i tried so many thing to fix it...

In games this dropping not happening but obs is freezing for a splitsecond even in the preview and thats showing on stream/recording too.

 

My build:

Ryzen 2600

Nvidia GeForce 1050Ti

2x8 GB RAM

System on my Intel SSD(660p) 

Games on the SSD too

 

My CPU is at ~50% most times and the gpu too, i don't play really demanding titles but when i played there was no problem either soo really strange...
This problem appeared at Jun. 1st, before i hadn't any problem...
I reinstalled my Windows 10 Pro 2 times now the problem is fixed after the reinstall but then after a few days its comming back... :/

I'm attaching my StreamlabsOBS log but i can't see any problem in it

My resolution at 1080p but i'm streaming in 720p30fps at 3500 bitrate...
This is not only for StreamlabsOBS i experiencing this same thing in OBS Studio...
