Looking for a good laptop for video editing!! *Urgent*

Im a beginner in video editting! I have about $1300 budget to buy a laptop for video editing. 

 

1. Ultrabook or gaming laptop

Huawei matebook 13 is cheap, light, thin and have good graphics card. However, nitro 7 is also cheap (in gaming field) with a powerful overall performance, then Y540 is slightly more expensive.

 

2. If gaming laptop, any suggestions that can be used for long term and good?

If you have a bit more, the XPS 15 with a 97 wh battery is great with the exception of audio drivers.

OP:

the older model w/ 8th gen i7 and 1050 ti should be just fine. 1650 isn't that much better.

1660 Ti, 8750H, but a lot less sleek, temps are prob meh.
