It says that the ryzen 5 3600 will be released on the 7th of July globally. Does this mean my country will already release it? (It's 15 hours earlier than the USA) or do I still have to wait for the USA? If so, what time will it be released in the USA?

I think it's 7/7 of UTC-5 time zone (Eastern standard time) tho not sure what exact time for that time zone.

I had asked a reviewer if the embargo time was under embargo. They were unable to confirm that :) I had also seen a tweet showing a Japanese vendor suggesting availability from 7pm their time, but who knows if that is official or just something they're doing.
