Getting a error when I open CGminer?

I'm not sure why I'm getting a error when I open my .bat file know. Never had this problem, The only thing I did was reinstall Windows 8.1 and I can't mine anymore....

This is my code.

 

cgminer --scrypt -o stratum+tcp://fast-pool.com:3333 -u worker -p abc -I 19 -g 1 -w 512 --thread-concurrency 32765

 

This is the error...

And when I click any key to continue, it starts and crashes right after...

Any help?

It says exactly what to do in the error message, just saying.

You know what... I fixed it by setting my ram to xmp profile and it works again.. Oops O:
