Motherboard compatibility

Hello guys i just upgraded my pc for the ryzen 3000 but im having some problems with cpu since its AN amd a8 9600 and my motherboard a450 pro 4 doesnt support this cpu and i cant upgrade my bios for the ryzen 3000 is there anything i can do beside buying a cpu thats supported on my mobo. 

And 1 more question i bought also a cooler cooler master hyper 412s but i cant mount it on my motherboard the brackets are not compatible any suggestion

You can ask AMD for a free boot kit, or you can go to a computer shop and have them update the bios.

 

That cooler doesn't have support for AM4. The stock cooler will do just as good anyway.

Generally AMD has no issue sending the kit. They will want it returned though.

ask coolermaster if they have a mount kit for it

How can i ask amd for free boot kit and cooler master aswell i searched for the upgrade kit but its unavailable
